I recently read another review for Netflix. The Netflix review compared the Netflix service to the other online movie rental services available from Wal-Mart and Blockbuster. The person who wrote the Netflix review stated that the services were all very similar, that the similarity of the online movie rental services was a problem. How do you choose between the big three online movie rental services?
Here is how you choose...just ask yourself...Why would you continue to do business with a company like Blockbuster that has screwed you out of your money for years calling the charges "late fees?" Blockbuster never offered to give me a break, they just took my money. Blockbuster would still be taking my money today if Netflix hadn't come along. It was Netflix that started to cut into the Blockbuster business forcing Blockbuster to copy and use the Netflix business model.
I refuse to do business with a company like Blockbuster that takes advantage of my loyalty and only offers to provide me with the service I want when competition forces them too. Blockbuster should have offered an unlimited movie rental program before Netflix came along. As long as Netflix continues to offer the same or better service than Wal-Mart or Blockbuster I will continue to be a Netflix customer.
