Customers Choose Netflicks Movie Rentals

Netflicks has forced Blockbuster to change the way Blockbuster does business.  Only Netflicks could get Blockbuster to hear the cries of the customer.  But, I predict it is to late, now Blockbuster will be crying.  Blockbuster made millions on late fees and now plan to end late fees next year.  Thank you Netflicks for listening to the customer and not your profits.  Even with Blockbuster ending late fees in 2005, Netflicks is still a better bargain.  I am on the 5 at a time Netflicks DVD movie rental program for only $29.99 per month.  I watch 10-15 top Netflicks DVD movies a month.  If you compare the price of Blockbuster new release, you should be paying between $39.99 and $59.85 a month to rent 10-15 movies.  I pay only $29.99 to Netflicks.  That is a savings between $10.00 and $29.86 a month by using the Netflicks online DVD movie rental service vs renting from Blockbuster.  The best part is I am continuing to support a business model that puts me first!  When I hear that Blockbuster predicts that it will loose $300 million in revenue from late fees in 2005, all I can think about is how much they have made off me in past years.  Netflicks, from day one offered the better online DVD movie rental service, at a better price.  Blockbuster keep crying, because this Netflicks customer is never coming back!
