Blockbuster Under Estimates Netflix

Netflix has really got Blockbusters attention.  Blockbuster is trying to put Netflix out of business, but Netflix is not going anywhere but up.  Blockbuster is killing the video store by offering a lower online pricing than the store-based subscription.  Blockbuster is just forcing all of those video store clients to rent DVD's online.  Some of those former Blockbuster video store customers will become new Netflix customers.  Netflix is the innovator of online DVD rentals.  Not only has Netflix innovated the online DVD rental business, they have mastered it.  Netflix has always been a step ahead of the big media guys.  When Blockbuster entered the online DVD rental business, they priced their service pennies below Netflix, but even that was not enough to lure customers away from Netflix.  Blockbuster should have listened to their customers when they had them.  Netflix has always listen to thier customers.
